FAQ’s

Do you have Money Back Guarantee? What if I don’t like your work?

No! My goal is to develop websites with NO MONEY DOWN until the client approves their site. Once the client approves their site, then full payment will be due. Once I receive full payment I will then publish my clients website live. Doing it this way allows the client to see their page to know if they like it before paying and publishing. It also helps to keep prices low!

This works as below:

    1. Send (via e-mail or postal mail) me your text, images, logo, ideas, and/or other content you want on your site, I can then get started right away.
    2. When I am done designing your site, I will e-mail the information to you for approval. Once approved, payment is due. When I receive the full payment, then I will publish your website live and contact you to let you know.

*NOTE: If there is something you don’t approve, please let me know what it is and what changes you would like.

I want to put my business online, but I don’t know where to start. This is my first website, can you help me?

Absolutely! I automatically publish your website for you with the domain name of your choice once I receive full payment.

What preparations does my business have to do to get online?

A few great resources to use are brochures, logos, business cards, flyers, etc. Need a logo? I can create you a brand new logo for $50.

What information should I have ready upon purchasing my design package?

I will need your name, company profile, contact info, specific pictures you would like, products and services, color scheme, and any other information you would like present on your website.

How much input do I have?

I welcome each and every one of my clients input! The more input I receive from my clients, the better I will be able to satisfy their needs. I want to produce a site that will have the desired look and impact that my clients want. It’s your website! Therefore, I want it to look the way you want it.

Does my business need to be computer-based in order to have a website? Do I need to know about computers?

Absolutely not! Many companies run a business without a computer being involved. A business can successfully do filing, invoicing and much more without a computer.
